We are based in Bateau Bay on the Central Coast, New South Wales. We also offer training sessions in Chatswood for those in Sydney.

Yes, in addition to our Bateau Bay studio, Matt is also available for sessions in Chatswood, NSW.

Yes! You’re welcome to put together your own private small group session - perfect for friends, family, or workmates.

8. Are there any gym fees?

No! We are a private boutique studio - there are no membership fees. You only pay for your training sessions.

9. Do you offer casual sessions or do I need a membership?

We offer flexible options including casual sessions, training packs, and ongoing programs - so you can choose what works best for you.

10. How do I get started?

Yes, we are a registered NDIS provider and have extensive experience working with clients of all abilities.
